About me…..

Hi I’m Steve Bailey and I live in the Teesside area of the North East of England, UK. I am now retired having spent around 30 years working in the chemical industry and have since devoted much of my time to growing a long-standing passion for photography. I couple this with my other main interests which are mountaineering, hiking and travel, and as such much of my work focusses on (no pun intended!) landscape subjects. That said, I don’t consider myself limited to this particular genre alone and I do turn my camera to Portraiture, Technology, Urban and Wildlife subjects as the need and interest arises. This website is intended to showcase a few examples of my work and to provide the opportunity for interaction at any level to anyone who would like to do so.
